Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to return an item and we will do our best to work with you. You can return your order within the first 30 days from purchase date per the terms outlined below. We will email you a FedEx return shipping label to mail the product back to us.

All returns must meet this criteria

  • Product must have been purchased at oransi.com
  • Product is in New and Original Condition
  • All original packaging, included accessories and materials
  • Returns request is submitted within 30 days of purchase date


Buyer's Remorse

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable including return shipping costs.

The refund credit will be calculated at 90% of the product cost. For example, a $200 product would have a $20 fee.  The costs associated with a return are higher than this and this reflects a sharing of a portion of the return costs with you.

Some of the costs associated with a return include shipping, handling, credit card fees, etc. In addition, most air purifiers are operated so the filters are dirty and we have to replace with new filters among other steps in order to sell as refurbished. Any expedited shipping costs are not reimbursed.

For multi-unit orders where all of the units are returned except one unit, we will refund an amount to get the net payment equal to the full price of one unit. For example, if 2 air purifiers are purchased at a discounted price and one is returned, we will credit back the amount to get your net payment to the price of one unit.

All returns will be inspected and we reserve the right to modify the refund amount depending upon the product condition.

Consumable items such as filters, etc. are not covered under the buyer remorse policy unless the wrong filter was ordered by the customer. In the event of a wrong filter order, please reach out to our Customer Service Team.

 


Defective Products

If your product is defective and within the warranty period, please submit a return request so we can correct the issue. We will gladly replace any defective product at our cost provided the product remains within the warranty period and the product has not been altered in any way and was used as described in the user's manual. The replacement may be a refurbished machine.

Maintenance such as replacement filters for the air purifiers must be performed within the recommended intervals to prevent from burning out the motor. Warranty policy only applies to the original purchaser of the product. Consumable items such as filters, etc are not covered under the warranty program.
