We’re happy to share that our Radford, Virginia factory is up and running! We now have two air purifier lines assembled in our American factory: AirMend and TrueCarbon. 

While other companies order a product fully made in countries like China, we locally source as many parts as possible to assemble the HEPA and granular activated carbon air purifiers in-house. Our quality assurance is unmatched because we can check each AirMend or TrueCarbon air purifier before we ship them to you. 

We’re proud to offer products assembled in the USA and hire local employees in Radford to assemble and ship products right to your door. 

Our local team carefully picks, packs, and ships your order to you. Our job isn’t done after you purchase a purifier because if you have any issues with your order, our US-based customer service team is available to help!
